Brother Larry Lennard Franklin

Larry Lenard Franklin, born June 10, 1963, to the Late James E.and Mamie Lou Franklin of Dothan, AL. He resided in Dothan, Al, until God called him home on November 16, 2023 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. 

As a child Larry loved Karate and playing marbles.  He was very creative with his hands and could build and design just about anything you asked him to. Larry loved having fun and making his family laugh and smile.  

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, James & Mamie Lou Franklin and two sisters: Mary F. Franklin and Barber J. Harper.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a beautiful daughter, Courtney Williams and  two sons, Patrick Thompson and Anthony Telfair, all of Dothan, AL; three sisters: Mary L. Franklin, Mamie S. Dawsey, and Elizabeth Franklin Thomas (William), all of Dothan, AL; two brothers: Willie Franklin of Dothan, AL, and  James T. Franklin (Angie) of Newton, AL; one adopted brother, Maurice McKinnely; One brother-n-law,  Kenneth Harper,  10 grandchildren and a host of special nieces, nephews, and friends.
