Manaleto Fitzgerald Calhoun Truett was born on December 15, 1970 to the late Joyce Louise Calhoun and the late Will Dawkins, Jr. At the age of two years old, Manaleto (Bubba) was adopted by Joe Nathan and Viola Truett. Manaleto attended Friendship Missionary Baptist Church throughout his childhood.
He is proceeded in death by his grandmother Ora Dean Rivers, cousins Antonio (Dooley) Rivers and April (whoopie) Rivers, his sister Frances Thomas, and nephew Johnny Ray Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his children Yoshika Xanthea Shantelle Truett (Rachel Hinson) of Marietta, Georgia; Braylen D'Sean Fitzgerald Truett and Cherish Bray'nia Z'year Truett(Candace Temmis Truett) of Atlanta, Georgia. 5 sisters: Mariea Calhoun Smith (Michael Calhoun Campbell, Christopher Calhoun, Kalvin Reeves, Valissia Calhoun); Lashan Calhoun (Kenneth Flemming, Jr., Orion Johnson, Johnny Ray Johnson, Suri Ware); Marquetta Parker (Keaundra Barnes, Keiyunte Barnes);Danielle Cooper, Dionne Coleman (Jamaya Coleman). 8 Brothers: Denorris (Shawntee)Tellis (Devaris Tellis); Will (Tatieanna) Calhoun (Avah Calhoun, Will Calhoun, Jr.); Jody (Bethel) Terry (Isaiah Terry); Ferrette (Monica) Terry (Janari Terry); Edward (Carrie) Truett; Eddie (Lisa) Truett (Brandon Truett, Camera Truett); Nathan (Rosina) Thomas (Kara Thomas, Alicia Thomas); Calvin (Katie) Baker (Jeffery Lightner-Baker, Calvin Baker, Jr., Katlyn Baker). 9 great nieces and nephews; a host of aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends.
