Mother Melodie Ann Carter

Melodie Ann Carter was born on August 20, 1948 to Melville and June Allen in Olympia,Washington.
Melodie moved to the Wiregrass area and settled in Daleville, Alabama with her family. There she worked as a CPA preparing taxes in the area. Melodie became well known in Daleville as the “Life of the Party”. She loved to have a good time and always had a smile on her face.
Melodie departed this life on December 20, 2024 at her home in Daleville, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her parents, Melville and June Allen and her brother Ronnie Allen. She leaves to cherish her memories to her four children; Michael (Deborah) Davies, Shawn Davies, Aerick (Shan) Bear, and Tiffany (Samuel) Mills. She was blessed to have 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren that knew her as their beloved “Nana”
